I went to Lake Biwa with my fishing buddy.
He really wanted to use Frog lures to catch Largemouth bass,
so we started fishing with frog baits.
We had a lot of bites!!
I was not good at using frog lures but caught small ones.
I wanted to practice hook setting, so it was good that we had a lot of bites.
After a while, fish weren’t responding to frog lures at all.
We moved to a shallow water area.
My fishing buddy gave up using frog lures to catch fish and started to use Texas rig.
Then fish took the bite, and he set the hook!
It was really small and light.
I used LILRABBIT Texas and caught reallly small fish, too.
After we caught some more small fish, we took a nap on the boat.
Sleeping on-board was nice.
We started casting Frogs again.
Then…fish took the bait!!!
I was looking aside but luckily I could set the hook.
After that I kept casting my frog lure to the same bush.
At my 5th cast, I had a bite.
I concentrated on setting the hook and could set the hook firmly.
I was really happy with that.
We caught some more fish and enjoyed the fishing day.
I don’t know why, but this time we caught fish in the areas where we usually can’t catch any.
Talking about frog lures, when I cast BOOTA FROG,
I had a bite but missed it.
And STEEZ POPPER FROG Jr. brought a lot of bites.
If you want to enjoy fishing with frog, try it.
It is one of the best frog lures.
