Lake Biwa fishing guide Yama P and his fishing guests successfully caught a lot of largemouth bass,including the one which was over 60cm in length.
We interviewed him about Lake Biwa fishing.
He likes fishing flat hard bottom areas.
Lake Biwa was busy during Golden Week Holiday, so he couldn’t fish there.Instead, he fished flat areas with baby weeds.
“Jika rig fishing with Neko rig method.”
He tried Neko rig but Leaf Shrimp / Jika rig was more effective.
He used some other worms but Leaf Shrimp was the best.
He said, ” It has a gentle action but attracts fish a lot!!
