DRT×BackLash collaboration color “A・G smelt” makes the silhouette of the lure stands out in any fishing conditions. The color over the base coat prevents light to pass through, so fish can find the lure easily. Great for night fishing, fishing in bad weather, or fishing muddy water.
It was really hard to create this color. We used 12 colors to create it. Many different pearl colors are painted on the body. Especially we tweaked the color of the both sides of the body again and again and spend a lot of time with it. It looks different depending on the angle and the density of the light. Its sensitive color change will give it natural swimming action and the pearl color gives it a great appeal to fish. It has both the luster of baitfish and the appealing power of pearls due to the sensitive color change, After fish finds it, it can’t ignore and will bite it. We have been testing the prototypes in the real field conditions under many different fishing conditions, low light, windy day（strong wind, head wind）, muddy water, night fishing, etc… It produced great results and has proven to catch fish.
