【Field report】

Windy day fishing.

Bass fishing in heavy wind was really tough. RAID JAPAN / EGUDAMA Type LEVEL helped me catch nice bass.
In late winter or early spring, water temperatures begin to rise slowly from cold water to warmer water. Fish gradually move to shallower water. It is the great time to use EGUDAMA TypeLEVEL.

It’s still cold, but spring is just around the corner!

Fishing O.S.P / i-Waver

Our staff member Morishita has been very successful catching nice bass on Lake Biwa.

One of his favorite lures is O.S.P / i-Waver(Slow Sinking model).When he uses i-Waver, he changes the hooks into Gamakatsu / Treble SP-M # 12.It’s a preparation for catching big bass.

He said fishing i-Waver is really effective during the time when Wakasagi smelt move to shallow areas.
Cast upstream and let it drift downstream imitating wounded or dying Wakasagi smelt.The reeling speed is very slow.Just reel in the slack line very slowly.Then suddenly, big bass will strike !!

Look at this picture. He caught nice bass on RAID JAPAN / EGUDAMA this time!!

【Field report】Fishing Lake Biwa

Bank fishing Lake Biwa.
I chose Megabass / VISION ONETEN R＋1(＃ JUKUCHOSHAD) for targeting fish in a little deeper area.
Soon after I started fishing, fish struck the bait when it is pause for longer period of time.
55cm long nice bass was caught!! It weighed close to 4kg!!
