One of our staff sets up an Alabama rig like this.
To prevent a fishing line from getting twisted, he puts a swivel on the head and uses heavier weights on the two bottom wires and lighter weights jig heads on the top two to balance everything out.

 

 
When he uses 4″ or 5″ worms, he uses a long shank jig head.
(deps / Swimming Jig Head, ZAPPU / Biwa Head, GEECRACK / CORN HEAD)

 

 

He also uses a bladed jig head to appeal more.
